Appauling Service

I went to this home affairs at 13:02and were given a number as they have that sytem where they call your number and advise which counter to go to. There were 7 counter but only 2 were operating. Buy 14:00 all the counters were not opertaing, I assume the employees had gone to have lunch.By 14:45, it was then that only 1 counter was operating, well had an employee. There were staff members walking around, socialising and not bothered by the terrible queue. Its no 15:45 and I am still waoting to be assisted by one of the employees here. The service is APPAULING!!! I cannot be spending my whole afternoon to get a birth certificate!
