APPAULING SERVICE

My four year old had a fever and a bad rash all over which i thought could be measles. I rushed him to the Temba clinic and a certain nurse, nurse Mampa was very rude to us. She was screaming saying that the nature of my child's condition was not an emergency and that we should not have come.

Its the kind of such behaviour that paints the South African Health department with a bad paint. I suggest that she gets disciplined and taken for customer care training.
