City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Rates refund two years overdue

Transfer went through on 4 November 2010. After numerous telephone calls and mails, all I can establish is that one account has the incorrect credit and the other account has a debit. They will not even give me interest on my credit that is due. I want my refund!
