MAJOR neighbor disturbance

Our neighbors have been having a HUGE party from Saturday evening that was still on till after 3 in the morning on Sunday, we have contacted the Police to ask for help of the disturbance but no response at all... We are still waiting for the Police, the neighbors started to party at 9 in the morning again on a Sunday. This is starting to get ridiculous.
