SARS
Sars suppose to assist my wife, got bad attitude

Morning,
i would like to get this matter sorted, as urgent as possible. My wife, called Sars offices yesterday, for assistance. She got told, to sort out her own mess, and then Lizette Ramnon dropped the phone in her ear. This will be further more, addressed to the Senior management and ombudsman of Sars. The company my wife, are working for have a recording facility, and the records of yesterday's call was captured. My wife got penalized from Sars, stating she owes R9, 000.00. Then again, she spoke to Lizette and was advised, that she now owes R11, 000.00. When i went onto her efilling it shows R7, 000.00??? I, need to get this dealt with, accordingly, and since 2008-2009, wasn't notified at all. Which her supporting documents and all was submitted. How, can one be liable, for owing that much money, because of penalty costs, and was'nt notified at all??? How, can one call to get assistance and the phone being dropped, whilst attempting to sort this matter. Sars, need to investigate, and sort their own mistakes out.
