Midrand roads are a deathtrap waiting to happen

The roads in Midrand are appauling. The municipality is doing very little to fix the roads in Midrand, potholes are so many that we have to zig zag around on the road and this is happening with the taxi drivers who have very little courtesy to other road users. I have had to fix my tyre, because I hit a pothole on 3rd road and 6th road. The roads are deplorable and this is a common sight around the whole of Midrand.

I have been living in Midrand for 1 year and 4 Months already, nothing has changed. I'm from Phokeng in the North West province, a village, but the roads are properly maintained and regular checks are conducted. I guess villages are the new towns and cities.

Please fix these roads, I have had an accident on 3rd road already and I survived without injury, I don't want another accident that can claim my life.
