Municipality Readers are robbers!

My sister was walking home from work, she was walking past the Roodepoort skool, she got pinned down by 2 municipality employees in their municipality uniform with clip boards & they robbed her!!! They took her handbag that contains her life! This is disgusting! I am gonna take this matter to the highest of highest places. She is a mobile hairdresser and her R3000 hair dressing scissors, ID, drivers licence, money, house keys, etc etc was in that bag! I will personally make sure that the government replaces these things! How can municipality employees take away someones lively hood & only sorce of an income! Its a disgrace! What is this world coming too!!!???
