SASSA
Horrible service

I have tried every single number available in western cape for SASSA and nobody ever answers. Got there last week and they told me to come back today. I went back, waited in a lone from 6:30am until 4pm. There was a huge amount of people coming in for enquiries. If they answer the phones they wont have 300 people waiting to ask a question. U should employ more people to answer phones and organise a proper line system outside the building.
