Unsatisfied with the answe

My son completed matric last year 2013, and achieved a bachelor pass, He was taken very ill and unfortuately could not get his papers remarked in January 2014.. I called the offices frequently and landlines were engaged all at times with no response. I went to the security at TRURO house they ahd given me Sidney's cell No person in charge. I called him. I also explianed him that I do have proof of medicals that my son was ill and could not meet the deadline dates and would like to remark his matric papaers. I also found out yesterday via an SMS at UKZN that his application was unsuccessfull because he was one point short to enter LLB.LAW which starts in Feb 2014. I am sure department of edcaution can allow grace to students that did not meet the deadline dates.
