Can you believe he handed me over again!

I cannot believe that this Doctor has AGAIN handed me over, even though I have been paying regularly each month!
People beware - know your rights! You actually do have a choice as to whom your Anaesthetist will be and you can negotiate rates with them - however, this 'doctor' is unscrupulous and won't even consider a reduced rate, even for a struggling single mom like myself.
I know that he will NEVER respond to this post - but my satisfaction, after all my stress, is knowing that his name is out there in a negative light!!
