Road repairs

There are 2 x portions on Jan Smuts road that have been needing repairs since November last year.

I drive along Jan Smuts to work everyday and theres a massive piece of tar missing heading north close to the entrance at the zoo and another section in front of the Parks Centre heading south.

These cause huge delays in traffic and not too mention damage to vehicles.

Can someone please attend to this or explain to me why it takes more than 3 months for these to get sorted out
