Registered Mail - Awaiting Collection A Month afte

The Commissioner,

It's now a month after I sent documents via registered mail on the 22nd of November to the Polokwane branch for tax registration. On the 25th of November 2013 notification was issued by SAPO to your branch, however collection was not done. For whatever reason SAPO forwarded the documents to Pretoria and notification was issued, where they are currently still awaiting collection a month after they went posted.

Last week on the 18th December 2013 I again sent a new batch for tax registration of the same entity to the Polokwane branch, notification was issued by SAPO, again the documents are still awaiting collection.

What do I have to do? Am I expected to register mail, then contact SARS & plead with them to collect the documents in order to get registered???

This is truly unacceptable.
