No feedback regarding my property evaluation

On the 16 Oct 2013 i send an email to Customer Service dept at Metro in respect of my property rates which were incorrectly charge. a letter of motivation including a form was forwarded to metro on the 16 Oct with supporting documents to proof my claim and the follolwing mails requesting feedback was send to customer service with no luck. hence i am requesting a urgent intervation from political head to speedy up the process as i am paying too much rates which is not acceptable.
please asssit as a matter of urgency.
