CoJ charging incorrect rates & taxes for years

I have tried numerous times to get the CoJ to charge me the correct rates and taxes for my sectional title unit in Randburg. I am currently being charged business rates instead of residential rates.

Reference numbers are as follows (non-exhaustive):
1. 2516-11Nov2008
2. 1135 -05May2010
3. Latest reference number logged 11 Jan 2013 is 8001205899.

I have tried for past few years in vain, and I urgently await a speedy resolution to this issue.
