Absolutely unapproachable. One can not obtain any response from their toll free no and just get told everything is with the legal department. This after 5 months of phoning and an e mail. Been a member for 28 years. Something seriously wrong here and I think the public protector should investigate or someone with the required authority. Can SOMEONE there just say we are busy with your application and you will be contacted/notified in 7 days or ANY RESPONSE. Thank you.
