Gautrain
18 Minute parking = R100 Fine???

Earlier today I dropped my girlfriend off at the Gautrain Midrand Station.
I know you cannot get out of your car at the dropoff so to avoid getting a fine I used the parkade

We had to wait for the train and I tried to exit the parkade 18 Minutes after entering.
Because I took longer than 15 mins and didnt use a return trip I had to pay R100 fine!?
Supervisor said there is nothing they could do.

It would have been cheaper for me to get on a train for a return trip then pay the general parking fee!

What a load of...
