Petition regarding the bus stop at his house

Public transport is approved and busses wil be made available for transport, specific points were allocated. Letters were distributed throughout the public to inform them thereof, although members of the community was concern of the disturbance, some members of the public at 2 Haydnstreet Pacaltsdorp, GEORGE, Mr. RH Potts, george informed the municipality in writting that the bus stop which is approved is right across his sleeping room and him and his wife is pensioners, up to date there was no response from anybody and the constructors are already beginning with their layouts in pacaltsdorp!
This is a concern since not even a house owner can build on his premises without the consent of their neighbours, how can the municipality ignore the wishes of their old community members!
