Waiting for refund for 5 months

I sold my house and informed the transfer attorneys I had discrepancies on the City Power account, they went ahead and used their printout from 15 April (Valid till 31 July) and paid R49 198.69 to City Power but my printout of 4 June (Valid till 30 Sep) showed I owed R2 680.21. The difference (R46 518.48) plus my deposit R1 163 has still not been refunded. On 3rd July the transfer attorneys couriers the official documents to City Power stating the transfer has gone through. City power has done NOTHING since then, they haven't even lodged the attorneys letter. I want my refund with interest!!!
