Unfairly employment

The kzn department of health is not doing right, there are so many nurses who are unemployed while there are shortage in hospitals.the government does not advertising post and I suddenly sow new nures in other hospital which we had never sow any post that was advertised and no interviews were held but many nurses who trained in privates colleges are still waiting for post to be advertised the government seem not interested to employ them but they need their votes as we go to ellections next year. Kindly assist thes nurses most of them are disadvantaged families who took loans from banks in the expect to deverlop there kids who are still not employed for many years after they qualified
