Nurse with Blond braids oversized lady on nightshi

On the evening of February the 13th, my sister fell sick and had to be rushed to the hospital it was around 12:45am she was taken out of the car put on to a bed and pushed in to be assessed. further she was then taken where the nurses was to see to her. we stood and and stood and stood for about an hour waiting for the nurses to see to her but everyone just walked pass and helped other people. eventually after two hours this nurse came she has long blond braids, an oversized lady came and said in a very abrupt manner WHO ARE YOU and WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!! i mean is that how you speak to people. this is the second incident! the first time in January my MOM was admitted to hospital and the same nurse shouted at me for closing the window. i told her not to speak to people like that she then grabbed my mom and pulled her and said come come.. i told her you dont pull my mom like that you do not treat people like. i want the Department of health to sort her out. she cannot treat people like that. i work for the Government and is that how you speak to people, Helen Joseph is the worst hospital with the most abrupt people you can find they dont even put a smile on their faces. pls assist
