Nedbank-home loans rip off

Built house for kids registered with Nhbrc and have now onsold to Nedbank client. Nedbank want the nhbrc amount to be the same as the enrolment amount and won't allow registration of bond until a new enrolment certificate for todays selling price is given. If i sell a house in a years time do i need to get new nhbrc enrolment at a new far higher price? Just adds to purchaser's price-solution -don't use Nedbank!
