No Maternity Pay for four months

My name is Shadi Ramasika and my ID number is 8103240586085 currently employed by MBD Credit Solutions, I went on maternity leave on the 19th of September 2012 and has not received any payment on my UIF, I have submitted all relevant documentation to date. The last time I visited the labour department in Orlando West was on the 10th of January 2013 I was informed that my money was reversed and will investigate. I called the department on Friday and was told to wait till Tuesday for the lady by the name of Annah. Again I called today Wednesday the 30th of January 2013 and spoke to Annah and she told me that I should call her at 15h00 today, I tried calling around that time but the phones was just ringing. I am in desperate need of money as I have not been getting any for the past four months. Kindly assist me please.
