Maternity UIF Claim

I am so disappointed in Quest staffing solutions as they fail to give feedback or responded concerning my UIF Maternity Claim forms being completed. I have started calling and emailing them my details from the 23rd of November 2012 after they have requested and i was advised that it would take 7 working days, until today no one hasn't been able to assist me. At first i was dealing with the lady by the name of Nomasonto but after not getting anything after 7days i called in again and was told she was no longer with the company and i was given a payroll email address so that the matter could be allocated to someone else. I then received a call from some lady (cant remember her name), who promised to assist me... days went and i received nothing. I went on December holidays and returned, still nothing. Called again on 9th January 2013 and was given to another lady by the name of Thembisile, who also asked me to forward her the previous email correspondences and that she would get back to me, still nothing. Making numerous phone calls and sending emails requesting this information, and then just being ignored. Noting that the Department of Labour cant process my claim without this info
