APPLICATION NEVER SUBMITTED BY EDENVALE

I have been to Edenvale Home Affairs many times since 7th June 2012 to inquire about my replacement ID and I get the same answer everytime "it is not ready". I have recently moved to George so went to see the Home Affairs in George and they advise me that my application was registered on the computer but is has never been submitted so I have been paying for temporary ID's every 2 months since June 2012 only to now find out they never submitted it. This is truly disgusting service the Government makes it impossible for anyone to do anything without an ID but has a Home Affairs department that obviously cannot do their jobs. I have been trying to phone them for days but they never answer their telephone. Please sort this out as a matter of extreme urgency.
