I receive a final notice of a fine they send me, they said they send it 3 times with no proof.

i contact them and the said they don't have proof that they send any fines to me.

they give me a fax number to send my complaint to, and i send a fax 3 times the last 2 month and i have reports to show it, but no feedback.

no they send me notices on my phone, this is totally bad bad service.

i hope some one in that department can come back to me and explain with reasons and dates to say why they deliver such a bad service.
