Police officer being rationally rude

My transport driver took a short cut to get to the filling station. So there was a police officer behind the car and he pulled us over. Then Mr CJ van Tander got out of he's car and started swearing, name calling and pointing at the transport driver. There was no physical touching involved. CJ van Tander said aggresively to my driver: " what the is your problem? Can't you wait in traffic like everyone else? What the do you think you where doing? I can see that your full of! ". So CJ van Tander was just bashing the driver with harmful words that made him feel belittled, less improtant.
