RR23 Police vehicle almost caused accident abusive

At about 19:50 on 09.10.2013. I was travelling in a South, West direction on Condor Road in Randfontein. I overtook a flying squad vehicle RR23, reg no BSC 149 B, and a truck. The police vehicle started turning into me without indicating as I was already halfway pass him. After turning into main road going towards Ten Acres the police officer swerved left of me and cut in front of me. They pulled me over. The driver immediately accused me of driving reckless, but with added swear words. I adamantly stood my ground and insisted the tell me what they pulled me over for and asked if the were arresting me or charging me with anything. They said no. I asked them for their names which they refused. Then the co-driver a meduim build man swore at me. He insisted I take the registration and phone the station. After he got into the vehicle he started making remarks and swore at my ancestors! What type of recklessness and bad attitude, with total disregard for our road laws and disregard of human rights!! These guys must be accountable and examples of good practices, not ego driven harlems fighting for mistakes made.
