I recently lost my ID book and yesterday i decide to go to home affairs offices in Rustenburg downtown to apply for a re-issue.

i spent almost 3hours in the queue waiting be assisted. I got frustrated and tired but didnt really bother to complain because knowing the Governmemnt departments that was not going help me in any way.

But i must say that after everything was done, i was the referred to the finance section to pay the R140 for the re-issue. The lady who was assisting me there was very friendly and she had the best attitude ever.

She was bubble and showed that she enjoyed her work and was willing to assist in everyway possible. She even advised me that i will receive an sms when my ID book is back and also showed me where i will collect my ID book from.

THANK YOU LADIES AND THE FINANCE SECTION BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I SPEND 3HOURS THERE, YOU GUYS MELTED ME DOWN AND TOOK AWAY ALL THE FRUSTRATIONS .
