OLD AGE PENSION

I have submitted my old age pension claim April/May 2013, all my relevant documents were handed in after spending 5 days at the offices in Pinetown. Then I was told my file has a computer error after many enquiries I was told the file has been sent to Durban and from there it will go to Pietermaritzburg for correction. Everytime I phone I am told to phone back in an hour or I will be phoned back. Untill today I have had no response from anybody. This is becoming a costly matter and I am still living off my children. Should I just give up hope because I do not know where to go from here.
