Phoned the SAPO to find out about a *delivery*. Was informed that it was probably a fine, and that I should phone Aarto to find out more information about it.

After having tried to phone the call centre *numerous* times, I've given up.
After the automated answer, the call is just dropped. This happens every time.

What use is this so-called call centre? Seeing numerous other users complain about this makes me
believe that this is done on purpose. Perhaps they don't want you to get any more information.

Just another reason why South Africa's "traffic authority" has such a bad name.
