Today i waited for the 6:45am bus to arrive and only got onto the 7:30 bus. This has been happening frequently on the 414 route. When i phone Metro bus service they say they don't have enough buses. My response close shop and don't waste our time. Most of your passengers are woman and we left at the various bus stops at very dangerous times, either early in the morning or late in the evening. You playing with peoples lives. Send out a new schedule so we all know when to expect the bus instead of leaving us out in the cold and rain waiting for a bus that is not coming.
