MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER 75 year old woman

My mother received pensione for the last - 4 years. My dad past away Sep 2011, since then she was trying to get her pension reviewed. They promised to vist her at home (she is 80% bed ridden) Promises, promises all the time. For Aug and September she did not rec pension, phoned and PHONES DONT GET ANSWERED FOR DAYS!!! Eventualy was told to go to Eerste River branch, In a lot of pain, she visited them on 9 Sept, and was told that she was now re-registered. And that she will be visited at home to review her pension. GUESS WHAT?? NO PENSION PAID FOR October again!!! PHONED AGAIN FOR DAYS, a friend took her there this morning, sat in so much pain there since 05h30 this morning. Was send from pillar to post, en eventually at 12h00 was told SHE WONT GET ANY PENSION, she receives a small pension from my dad, and she has a roof over her head!!! IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT A 75 year old woman, who is worse off now after her husbands death, and received OA pension for 4 4 years already??? Why was she told on 9 Sept she is re-registered and will get back pay soon??? WHY DONT YOU EVER ANSWER YOUR PHONES?? I WILL go the media AND Carte Blanche to report this!!
