ZERO EMERGENCY RESPONSE - CITY OF JHB WATER

Johannesburg Municipality!! Not a single number works and one is cut off automatically after a while - 15 calls and no answers on 011 375 5555, 011 461 1400, 011 461 1500 - After calling 10111 they gave the number 011 688 1500 - Nobody answers! In the mean time my property has massive water damage due to a drained that is blocked and after plumbers informed me we have to contact the municipality.
