Water cut for 2 days

It is utterly pathetic that the municipality can cut the water for 2 days in a row. This is completely in-human. Why can't they do what needs to be done at night times when water is not a huge need. If we catch an infection because of this, I will ensure that they will not hear the end from me. Pregnant and highly off
