Disrespected and yelled at my Jacobeth Masilo

I went to the Department of labour at Thusong services centre at maponya mall several times trying to submit my UIF, they could not help me as they said i worked for ABSA bank but i did not work for ABSA.the agent said i should go to ABSA bank and get the UI19.i told her that i did but ABSA said they would not give it to me because i have not worked for them.i asked the agent to call her Manager, she called Jacobeth Masilo who came n she was very arrogant, she did not even listen to me, she screamed and said i should go to ABSA, when i told her that i have already been to absa, she said i am stupid that is why i got fired at my work and now im claiming UIF, she yelled at me infront of people.she called security to come and throw me out of the builing. Luckly Mr Santi amd Mrs Hlengiwe who both work there intervened and helped me
