Summons served

My husband needed to renew drivers and he was advised 2 warrants outstanding. I contacted green point traffic department and then Blue downs Traffic (court) numerous times. I went to Blue downs court 17/09/2013 to view the documentation as I was advised I could go on his behalf. I found 2 dockets where nonexistent people signed for acceptance of the summons - it was clear by handwriting that the same person who served it signed it and falsified names of recipients. I immediately pointed this out and asked for copies - they said I am not allowed to get copies - even after producing my original marriage Certificate - then after 30 minutes of complaining the excuse was the copier is Broken. I had no choice but to settle the amount as if my husband goes through a road block he will be arrested and we have a2 year old daughter that travels with him every day. I eventually received the copies numerous phone calls later and sent them to Mr Lock at Greenpoint as I need the names and surnames of the individuals to open a case. Today I was advised I will receive the names after the company investigated the matter??? Blue downs Traffic refused me a refund - so I paid for for!!!
