Frequent Power Cuts Hippo Road /Bakerville Area

An email was addressed to the municipality regarding the frequent power cuts in the Bakerville Area, but I still await feedback and over a month as passed. Why is it such that power failures occur so frequent within this area which causes much inconvience as food start to defrost, schooling schedules are interupted, lunch/ food preparation is halted which is not fair at all on the residents as we are all taxpaying citizens who don't deserve such treatment. No notices are put up to warn residents in advance and calls to the customer centre is not followed promptly. Please address this matter with much urgency and find a solution but will be mutually beneficial. Kind Regards
