Manenberg constable rude and not ready to assist

I phoned Manenberg police statioin today to enquire about my father that was detained on saturday and also to find out which court he appeared in and how to find out what happened to him- i got the displeasure of speaking to a constable wentzel that was so utterly rude and had no knowledge of nothing - i was so upset to think that our city are in the hands of idoits such as him- at the end of the call he tells me that he needs to cut me off and cant speak to me as its taking up to much of his time and i was just doing an enquiry as to what might hace happened to my father- i think that he needs to go back to school firstly and then finishing school to learn how to speak properly
