Unacceptable Service

I went to the police to report an incident where I was manhandled by a bouncer at the club Springboks, Stellenbosch. I was informed that I cannot log a report. They said that they could only help if I had been, as they thought I was drunk when I was just emotional, & to come back when I had sobered up. They sat there & ignored me. Staff on duty was Constable Isics, Mpiti & Siko. I waited for shift change. Constable Siyothula then started to take my report however stopped doing this when Captain of this shift told him to stop taking my report because I was drunk. Again, I informed that I was not, that I was emotional. The Captain refused to provide me with his name & walked off. Awhile later Constable Siyothula & Florence said they would continue to take the report. This was being recorded as this was unacceptable treatment. Florence saw this & got outraged, saying they will no longer take the report & persued my friend to take cellphone saying profanities (eg "jou fokking doner"). I was in front of the door wanting to know why he wanted to take the cellphone, which he had no grounds. He shoved me out of the way. I realised I was going to get no help from the police.
