My drivers licence is due for renewal and I went to Koster and Swartruggens branches. At both these branches there were only 1 person behind the counter and I was told that the relevant staff were "not at work". I then had to drive back to Rustenburg. Here I had to face long ques and very unfriendly, unorganised and unhelpful, irritable and don't care staff who treated their customers like a herd of cattle. Shocking service to say the least. What is our country coming to?
