No water for 2 days

Good evening

we have had no water for 2 days now due to burst pipes on the corner of dunne and diaz road in parsons hill Port Elizabeth and still nothing has been done.. after numerous phone calls and even driving to the site where the pipe is burst, no work has even started on the problem... this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable as the rates have just gone up for these services, and we are not getting any???

this needs to be fixed immediately...
