LOOKING FOR AN OFFICIAL

Good day,

I applied for a child support grand two weeks back in SASSA Pretoria Regional Office and on Friday 16 I was called by one of the officials letting me know that i need to come to their office to sign a certain form. When i received that call I was on my way so i did not write down the name of the gentleman down. I went to the office on Monday and Tuesday, the other officials could not help me as they say my file is with the gentleman who called me on Friday and if i forgot his name there is nothing that they can do. And they ask me to go around asking all the males who works there if one of them didn't call me. What is worse they don't even have the name tags that identify the workers from the clients. I tried calling the number he used when calling me but there is no answer. Right now I don't know what to do.
