Tried to cut of the wrong address!!

Yesterday the door bell rang, it was Joburg Water informing me that they are about to cut off our water supply due to non-payment!! I was flabbergasted as monthly payments are made settling the account. On informing the person about this they informed me that they are contractors and must cut off the water as they will not be paid. I need to to fax Joburg Water - they should respond quickly.

I then noticed that the Erf No was not the same as ours. On further investigation I realised that they had the wrong address and were about to just go - ahead!!

On pointing this all out to them they left stating that that they are just doing their job!!! Then do it properly and read the documents and street names!!
