I would like to give a BIG compliment to Marie Coetzer and Francois Jansen van Vuuren at City of Tswhane's Akasia branch. Every query they dealt with was done professionally, sufficient and very quick. It is always a hassle to contact the call centre and the staff at Pretoria CBD is very rude and uninformed. This two staff members are really going the extra mile to proof that there are still some helpful people at the municipality. I will refer them to anyone in future. Big up!!
