Its been two years and we havent received our IDs

Sometimes you thing people are always on the government's case, but now I know cause I have experienced their service... poor... Poor poor.

me and my sister changed our surnames to my mom's surname in 2011 November and for some reason they still haven't been received... it's almost two years waiting for your new IDs

why do we wait for so long when we have been promised three month? we all work... can we just do our work irrespective of where we are.. :( this is pure breach of promise
