Up Service from Government as ALWAYS!

Im currently on maternity leave and submitted everything that was needed from DOL in jhb but havnt received a single payment. I then decided to go to DOL to find out what is happening with my application only to find security at the door who told me that they currently under closed and should go to any DOL they will be able to assit... Well guess what NO is able to assit me as they say my file is not with them I mean how up is that, that we have to be incovinienced. I believe there should have been an alternative whereby a person can get hold of someone in the blady department. I TRIED CALLING THE SAME NUMBER BUT IT JUST RINGS TILL DEAD END.IM GOING BACKTO WORK NEXT MONTH WITHOUT A SSINGLE PAY OUT.IDON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE A MISSION TO GET AN EXCELENT SERVICE FROM GOV EVERYTIME WHEN ONE HAS TO GO TO ANY GOV DEPARTMENTITS LIKE ONE HAS TO PREPARE TO GET SERVICE!
