Maybe Corruption

On the 16th of May I handed in my fingerprints & request for clearance at the Pretoria Police Records Department. They gave me proof of my request and told me it will take 2 week.
After 2 weeks I was back in the queue. Sorry sir you need to wait for an SMS confirming that your request is finalized. My mistake, I lost it and complained heavily. But then a birdie chirped "if you pay R150.00 it will be done within 2 days". I just walked away. It is now 3 weeks. Could anybody help me getting it without having to pay the extra R150.00 as I do not support this kind of practice?
