In April 2013 I was referred to HJH for a mass on my head, The treating Dr sent me to have an FNA done to send to the lab, The person who did the FNA dug around in my head. I then went home in a lot of pain and waited for my results. Today I went back for my results, the treating Dr told me that they have to remove the lump and sent me off to make an appointment not even looking at the mass on my head after I told him it is very painful. I then decided to go to a pvt Dr to get a 2nd opinion as my head was throbbing. It turned. Out that the mass was infected. The Dr cleaned it and put me on antibiotics. Now I wonder if I waited another month for my next appointment how bad the mass would have been. I will never go there again won't walk out there alive. Unprofessional, rude, unhygenic. Can't even use the toilets as they are always out of orde
