A lot of negative reports are published about the SAPS 10111 Emergency Line BUT, on Thursday 10 January at 23, 00 I experienced an armed at my residence. My call to 10111 was answered immediately and within 5 minutes, 7 patrol vehicles had responded to my call for help. Unfortunately, the intruders managed to escape with some of my property but thankfully my wife and self were unharmed. My grateful thanks to those guys who responded.
