Just impossible to reach DOL in Johannesburg Offic

I have been trying to reach the DOL offices in Johannesburg to no avail for the past month. Their office in Roodepoort informed me tfour weeks ago that the Johannesburg office has got plumbing problems and all the staff have been temporarily relocated to their offices in Braamfontein but cannot be reached telephonically because they don't have phones!!! The one number 0112231000 rings until it goes off, nobody picks it up.
It's now almost three months since they have been dealing with my complain on Masana Technologies and it is just impossible to get hold of these guys. This goes totally against their much pubilcised customer centric approach to serve the public. I am now almost 6 months unemployed and i am getting nowhere in trying to get paid my UIF. Can somebody please help!!!
